Avatar Young Blaze "Wishing On A Dream"

Some more Jon Jon visuals for you to feast on. This guy has put in serious work this year. Avatar stays grinding too. One of the stand out tracks from his freely downloadable "mixtape" Russian Revolution. If you missed that read up about it and him. The lovely Isabella Du Graf (where's the album at ma?) kicks it with Av in his new home - the always sunny LA. Didn't expect this as a single, I'm glad I was wrong.

"Was raised in the same house Jimi Hendrix hit his first joint/So you could say purple haze raised me."

Scribes "Roll My Way" (Video)

I've been rocking out to Scribes tunes since Sleepwalk was fresh. I've been patiently waiting for his next one to drop, the EP I scooped from dude at a show last summer just wasn't enough.

I'm guessing this is the lead single from his forthcoming follow up full length? I need some info Scribes! But anyway, Jon Jon strikes again with this dope one!

Lace Cadence x Isabella Du Graf - Moonlight (Video)

Wowzers! Big up to our homie Lace Cadence for dropping an amazing mixtape and this top notch vid to accompany it. Lace has been a good friend of Members Only for a long while, and we've always though his talent needed to be fully appreciated by the widest possible audience. This video goes a long way towards accomplishing that.

The man Jon Augustavo handles directing duties and once again delivers a video that brings the song to whole new level. This is probably my favorite joint on the mixtape, and the concept and execution here is damn near flawless. Speaking of flawless... Joining Lace is the incredibly talented Isabella du Graf, whose sultry voice is only matched by her beauty. You get a nice glimpse of both in the video and, sorry homie, she kinda steals the show!

Long story short: great video, great vocals and great visuals. Get that Launchpad Mixtape like yesterday.

The Physics - I Just Wanna Beat

And the saga continues...

Seattle keeps bringing the HEAT on the music video tip. This time around it's my guys The Physics with Jon Jon in the directors chair. I'm not sure what I'm happier about, the fact that there are so many talented musicians, or talented directors in this town. I guess I should just be happy that everyone is stepping their creative game up and doing us all proud.

This vid brings me back to my days at the good old UW and passing time in the library oogling rather than googling. College women will always hold a special place in any mans heart. I might just have to go hit the registration office this week...

And special shouts to Justo for the Temptations twirl!

Sol - "Dear Friends"

The 206 continues to bring their A game on the music video circuit. This week, my guy Sol is dropping his video for the title track of this latest free EP "Dear Friends, Vol 2." This one is directed by Jon Augustavo - who has been steady on it producing some great work for Wizdom and J Pinder - and he captures a fitting vibe with the somber black and white scheme.
